What happened? Description:

Paypal Scam of 100 keys.

Found them at https://www.reddit.com/r/tf2trade/comments/a0x9nq/h_paypal_w_keys_at_170_per_key/eallqy6/?context=3.

I agreed to trade 150 keys for paypal at $1.70 / key in a batch of 100 keys were I would send the keys first and then a batch of 50 were they would send the paypal amount first. I sent the 100 keys but never received a paypal payment other than the $2 they sent before the trade offer to "ensure it was my paypal account". I don't have pictures of the steam chat as they wanted to discuss on discord ( Mistake I know ) but I have a picture of the accepted trade offer, discord chat, and paypal transaction for the $2.

I added someone else who was planning on trading with them to warn them about the scam and when that person asked the scammer about it they were immediately blocked. They can provide information if necessary.​
