    Added to sell him some unusuals with Paypal, and he didnt follow through with payment after I sent the hats.​

    Sorry for the extremely extensive delay in handling this.

    Was there ever any resolution to this? Are either of you able to provide screenshot(s) of your inventory history from 1 day before the trade up until 7 days after, in the Steam client, with the URL bar enabled?

    Woah this is a flash to the past. I don't know of a way to provide the requested information but I imagine any punishment issued now is moot. I sent him a friend request to keep tabs on him after he unblocked me and he hasn't been online on that profile since I reported it so I imagine he jumped ship to a new profile. I've since gotten over it given he lost it all, so it's not like he wound up profiting from it. Thank you for checking in for whatever it's worth.
