    What happened? Description:
    He tried scamming me, he suddenly sent me an offer of 2 keys and a taunt, he suddenly sent me a gift of his minigun and then started telling me to give the minigun back while saying he didn't mean to try and scam me, I tried to make him admit he is a scammer but he only said he scammed one guy, weirdly enough his profile says he is not a scammer. Weird experience but I'm fine. My friend had an experience with him but he kept saying he didn't scam him.​

    Admission to something in the past isn't enough for THIS report - the user sent you a blank offer - just decline it and move on.
    There isn't enough context here to know what was talked about prior to vs what was being hounded by the accused during the after conversation.
    Basically you are trying to report someone without proper context and/or what they may or may not have done in the past.
