You really think he would risk an account that is LvL 55. has many games, badges on it. For any skin?
He is a known player, wouldn't risk that all for some skins..
That guy is not showing any chatlog or whatever that would mean he was writing many "s✿✿✿s" to presuade him to give the stuffs first.

The other account is mine, my smurf. I gave him to play since he got banned. It has no skins, only 10 played match.

It's not really up to me to decide. He got trade banned, which means Valve found something about his trading they didn't like. If he's using this account, that makes it his alt.

I understand You, but in my meaning Your tittle means the two accounts are connected and they are criminal in this issue.
And its really strange the guy wrote the report on steamrep after he got that ban on steam.
Hangover wrote a ticket to the steam and hope its gonna be sorted as soon as possible...

It doesn't matter that the account has zero inventory history. It's clearly associated with someone who Valve has determined to be a scammer.
