What happened? Description:

I was interested in selling my knife to this guy, and he offered me a pretty good price for it. I added him from CSGOLounge and we began discussing prices. We settled on 105 keys for my knife. He then told me that he was trying to trade with someone for some sort of ticket for DotA 2. He told me that the person had ignored him on steam. He told me that if I helped him trade with the other guy he would give me some more keys for my knife. So I added this man and started talking to him, and had to use Google Translate as he could only speak Russian. He didn't understand what I was saying and thought that I was offering for his ticket. I told komputer_to this and he said if I could get the ticket from the other guy then he would give me 125 keys. This is when I realized it was a scam and called him out. He then removed me.

I spoke to my friend afterwards, and he told me that the ticket itself would be worth £1 tops.​
