What happened? Description:

This user I am reporting stole my artwork back in August of 2017, I filed a DMCA report and got the artwork taken down, now he has uploaded it yet again, I have had him blacklisted from artwork profiles [steam group] and didnt know if you could also do something!​

No scam took place. You will have to DMCA via Steam to resolve your issues there. You may have a case for impersonation but you will have to prove that he really is trying to trick others into believing that his account is you.
