    What happened? Description:
    Traded with me using a Skype and used csgobig's live trading system with me. Said his keys were in the site and said that they weren't being added to the trade and said they to just trade and I will see the trade offer being sent after. Never received a trade offer...​

    Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History for last few days to present- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload.
    Also keep in mind that we may not be able to process this since we don't accept videos and anything discussed outside of steam chat is not accepted. All communication must be thru steam chat.

    Ok the issue I have here is verifying you were ever in contact with this user you are accusing. I can tell you were with the BOT account as you traded with that account but there is nothing that links them and all you have is chat with the same username. Do you have any other way to verify you were in contact with this user.
