    Victim profile: 76561197998451929

    What happened? Description:
    Hello everyone! This is my first experience in trading and unfortunately I might be facing an impersonation scam.

    I showed my interest of buying a Dota 2 item on one of the popular traders profile (https://steamcommunity.com/id/pgsplay/) and after about 10 mins a person with the same name added me and proceeded to trade.
    I felt that something fishy is happening when he was saying about middleman scams and especially when he asked for the price of the item he was selling- it is not happening normally.
    I quickly double checked the person I was in chat and found that it was NOT the profile that I left comment on (screenshots attached). As you can see my questions did not find any proper answers and I just ended the dialog right there.
    The third screenshot was made right during our chat, before he changed his nickname. He removed me from his friend list as soon as we ended it.

    Hopefully my report is any of use regarding that particular individual.​
