    What happened? Description:
    So i wanted to buy some keys, and this guy was selling them for cheap lol. I bought 2 keys, he gave me them. All was good. Then i asked him to sell me 18 keys. I transferred the money, he said he have some kind of problems, bla bla bla, and then, after few days, he blocked me.​

    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
