Report Type: [Other] Any other fraudulant behavior
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198240991874

    Victim profile: 76561198050756864

    What happened? Description:
Not sure how much steam rep can do about this but he was a large trader so hopefully if he tries to do this again a strike on his profile will stop him.

I contacted him, at the time he was called "Lagoon" I purchased a full set of PHYSICAL series 2 pins from him for 70 keys, I went first and then he shipped the items, the package arrived did not contain a full set of pins, it was missing some of the more valuable pins.

I contacted him and he assured me that the package was "insured" and he would have all of his money returned and would refund me partially, we agreed on me keeping the pins I did receive and a refund of 60 keys via either keys or Paypal.

I sent him all the evidence he asked for so he could send it to the shipping company and he responded to me later and told me I would be refunded and they accepted the claim.

The payment was made on the 4th of January and I received the package monday the 9th of january, weeks had passed and I contacted him and asked where he was with the refund, he told me that he would send the keys soon, I never recieved anything 2 months after, around the beginning of march he told me he would put keys onto opskins, sell them and I would have my money within a few hours, I received nothing still, he changed his name and stopped responding to me, I asked one of, if not the most reputable pin traders "Cyc0" to look into it for me, he spoke to "Lagoon" who had changed his name to "Juan Deag" "Lagoon" told him that the person who sold me keys was away on business and would return on the 2nd of April and that the person using the account was a friend.

2 Days later he deleted both me and Cyc0 and changed his name and made his profile private.

I understand not a lot can be done now but the evidence is clear and although SteamRep may not deal with this due to the amount of evidence potentially a strike could be made against him however I do understand you cannot always deal with real life trades however my payment and failed refund (should of) happened through the steam trade window.

I don't have and cannot get any of our conversations on steam as he deleted and blocked me.

Attached are also the images I had to send him to show where the package had been opened and the pins had dropped out due to poor packaging however I do believe he never sent a full set in the first place.
