    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198241372820

    Victim profile: 76561197998830928

    What happened? Description:
    User tried to get me to trade my items to a trusted friend, saying that there was no way he could locate them without the name of the friend. I suspect he has a way to trawl accounts to find items and would immediately impersonate me and ask for it back. It follows the pattern of a lot of similar scams described online.

    He's been reported before for impersonation, but this will make it harder for him to explain it away to vulnerable users.​

    @Chekonjak Ok so this user is already banned/tagged- not sure why you were dealing with the to start with.
    You need to check users out BEFORE you accept friend request - you would have seen this.
    Should you come across a user like this again its best to just report to Valve, delete/ignore and move on.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
