    Accused profile: 76561198243021920

    Victim profile: 76561198074668215

    What happened? Description:
    Counter offer scam, claimed to have a ton of money at opskins, and he is gonna make me offer first and stuff. Saying he has bought the items we agreed on, And once i offered him first he will "counter offer" me. He has a high level but low games and no rep at all.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I have pictures of the chat, and I have screened his profile.​
