What happened? Description:

Dear All,

I was contacted by this guy. I added this person a long time ago. I probably knew him from some tf2 trading server. He told me he accidently reported me for duped items and scamming instead of someone else.

At first I thought someone else mightve scammed him and he does not know that there are no such things as steam admins and duped items. But after I asked him what happened, he told me to add a 'steam admin' and talk to him.

So I did add the 'steam admin'. When I told him what had happened, he sent me a gif that showed me that someone reported me and he could ban my account. I told him the gif did not load for me, just to see his reaction. But he just continued the conversation as if nothing was wrong. He asked me to give me my trade offer link. So he could check my items. I continued my 'the gifs aren't loading for me' thing.

In the end he told me he was banning my account.

I cannot provide you an image of a trade offer, but these people were definitely intending to scam me.

Should I also report them for itemtheft? Or is reporting for a hijacked account enough?
