What happened? Description:

We had a gift deal for trading a 2017 collectors cache Natures prophet "the dread prophet" set from my side for 2 of his immortals, a Sand King "barren vector" and a bloodseeker "Maw of Ezthezok" i knew it wasnt a good deal but we traded once before and i felt it was okay.
at the time he has 2 maws and said that one was reserved and he had one for himself, he also told that he'd immediately arrange for a maw to be given to me, i siad that should he fail to, hed give me his own.
HAVING AGREED to that, he sent the SK immortal and i sent the collectors cache and he reaffirmed about sending the bloodseeker immortal. This was on 17th of December 2017.
Recently i started started wondering if he was going to give it or not
so for the past week i had been reminding him to send it. he still has one in his inventory . he was very passive at first and kept begging for time, but as the week progressed he kept begging for time which im no longer prepared to give. he was continually ignoring my messages. i started to become impatient , i have given him an ultimatum of sending his by tonight or ill start reporting him and he has given me his blessing to do so.​

At the time of writing i have some of the chats screenshots on my phone but i cant get the whole because steam chat does not fetch longer than that on mobile app.

thats from his inventory . i sent and he has unbundled the set as well.

Please help me out here and stop this guys from scamming the rest of the community. Collectors cache items are exclusive but the immortals can be traded after September.
