What happened? Description:

11 days ago, I tried to buy 1 key from the bot via bitcoin. The bitcoin transaction waited for a long time to be confirmed by blockchain because I paid low fee. But at that time, the bot already offline, so I cannot get the key. And now, Although the bot online again, but it forget what I do in the past. That means I can not get the key from the bot. I tried to report this problem in the "Help center", but I still do not get any contact or help. (Ironically, there have someone who report problem later than me, but he still get help, and I don't have.)
