What happened? Description:

i sent that bot 37 key for bitcoin (each key 1.88$), this bot messaged me that he pays money for miners fee (around 1$) and that guarantees connfirmation in 0-30 minute. more than 24 hours allready went , and transiction is still not confirmed. i contacted this guy and asked for refund or any solution , but he refused that. check screenshots down below.
