    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198256125780

    Victim profile: 76561198035606978

    What happened? Description:
    I sold him a key via paypal, he seemed like a nice guy who needed a key to trade because he didn't want to wait 7 days. He sent me the money, I sent him the key, then he charge backed.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I have the full conversation in the files convo pt1, pt2 and pt3.

    I have the key sent proof in the key sent file.

    I have the chargeback proof in the charge back file.​

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accused profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
