    What happened? Description:
    Random guy sends me a friend request and i accept the friend request and the first thing he does is asks if he can "borrow" some of my skins and he will "pay me back $60 in skins" later.​

    Provide Evidence:
    completely unrelated to my report but take a look at his previous names. He's been pretending to be a csgo gambling bot and admin on these sites. http://imgur.com/a/FWIi5 <-​

    I don't see a scam here - user is trying to borrow something themselves to use on a site - doesn't show the traits of a bad site scam... decline offer and move on.
    Just not enough context and too much reasonable doubt.
