    What happened? Description:
    He asked me to boost his mmr for an arcana and im done with my boosting and he promised me to give an arcana but not he is ignoring all my messages on steam and facebook,his profile had a clean steamrep so i decided to boost first and take items later.​

    Provide Evidence:
    [​IMG] proof of agree that he had to give me arcana after i finished 500 mmr
    [​IMG] proof of he agreed to give me 1 arcana of a core player
    [​IMG] at last we agreed on a pa arcana that he had to give on 23rd of september as it was in tradehold
