What happened? Description:

I wanted to sell my expensive knife. A karambit Gamma Doppler Phase 3 Factory New with float 0.028 with Max Cyan Blue for 800$. I met alot of people telling me that Og users is the best trusted site. So i was like oh it's very sketchy but i really needed the money since im a broke student. I gave it a go after a guy invited me on steam and we talked until we met on discord. I trusted a og users on their forums but this dude invited another "Trusted og user, Middle-man" So i was checking him out to make sure he was legit. It looked very legit at the time but i didn't see every detail of him. He talked alot about fees and the buyer eventually decided to take it off the 800$ so 760$. But the thing is that he sen't a screenshot of "when" he recieved the 40$ free but no currecny icon. So i thought that was weird but i thought he might have just forgotten. After a while the buyer sends the 760$ and it seems legit. I Direct Messsaged the og user my steam profile and trade link. He said that i could trade it over and he would directly send the money over after i sent the knife. But after i sent it he said 1 sec. And ofcourse eventually they firstly deleted the group so i couldn't see the previous messages and they both went offline. I couldn't believe it and i checked out his profile and it was on private. Around 10 hours later, which is now, his profile is not on private anymore and is fully public. His Location was portugal before and said he was also from spain. I thought it was legit cause he had the name TheChief#1337 which is a legit trusted guy from Og users and other people thought so too. I didn't know you could change the tag, first and formost. So there's that. My story of going broke student to fully homeless. I hope you have a good time getting him ban and get him trade banned that piece of garbage. I hate him and forever will. Thanks. Btw he said his name was Brian Larsson from paypal that i saw in the screenshot. I don't know them personally and this all happend 10 hours ago.​
