What happened? Description:

Attempted to buy my skins with PayPal, refused to trade for in-game items or purchase tradeable items, removed me when I called him out for having 3 open reports against his main Steam account (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197994208115), seen in chat logs and previous reports show him using the same discord name and discrim.
