    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198262686331

    Victim profile: 76561198962308995

    What happened? Description:
    He offered to buy my ★ Shadow Daggers | Blue Steel (Well-Worn) for funds via PayPal and said he had already paid and asked me to send him the knife while the transaction was still pending for him to accept. I assured him that ounce the payment was complete (I thought PayPal was confirming the transaction) that I would send him the skin. After a few hours after checking the status of the payment I noticed that he had declined the transaction. I also discovered from a buddy that the screenshot he sent me to confirm he had sent the funds was just a screenshot of the invoice.

    He does not have my knife, and I believe 100% that this was an attempted Scam.​

    @Elbone Just a heads up - I've noticed over the course of multiple days you've been adding/removing many tagged/banned scammers marked here.
    I highly suggest you check users out BEFORE you add them as friends to avoid them in the future.
    You've only been active or had the account for a little over a month and I'm concerned with your habits..so please keep that in mind its best to avoid these users or scams rather than run into them and then report them here.
