What happened? Description:

His friend told me that he (the friend) had accidentally reported me and told me that I have to add him (the accused person) and tell him that because he is a "steam admin". Once added he began asking me for my steam username, the email that I use to login and so on. I gave him fake details to take as much of his time as I could. Both unfriended me after his last message so I assume its the same person with two accounts.​

Provide Evidence:

I have attached screenshots of the chat between me and his friend, and of the chat between me and the accused. Also attached both of their profiles.​

SteamID64 of the one in your attached file is 76561198263486957. The person who started the scam is 76561198190087787. I have included screenshots from the chat with him as well - his steam name is "A slice of π".

And yeah I reported both of them to Valve.
