    What happened? Description:
    This guy told me he is sort of stem scout, and he uses a program on casual games to find skins that they are may be glitched and make sure they are not with his "steam item verificator" program.​

    Havit(cs.money): I have a platform built in in one of my bots. When you trade something to him it is verifying it and then returnes it to you.
