What happened? Description:

We agreed that he would pay me 21.21$ paypal after i sent him my arcana.We had been steam friends for a long time so I trusted him and went first. I sent him my arcana but he didnt send me money. Kept making excuses that he couldnt link his Credit Card with his paypal account. Told me to wait 1-2 days. If he didnt fix his paypal he would return me the arcana . I noticed after first day his arcana wasnt in his inventory anymore. I messaged him many times but he never responded. I left 2 comments after waiting ~7 days on his steam profile that he is a scammer and people should beware of him. Today on 12th of november (12/11/2019) he unfriended me and removed those comments from his profile. I traded him the arcana on 31 october (31/10/2019) Proof of chat log.
