    What happened? Description:
    Prerequisite: My friend asked my to log in with his user and help him figure out if he was being scammed.

    He was attempting to get me to give someone (he called "Valve Official") my item for "item verification". I figured out he was trying to scam and after accusing him and letting him know that i'm reporting him he blocked me.​

    Do take notice the user is already tagged/banned by a partner comm thru SteamRep as of now.
    Make sure you report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    I did that first :)
    Somehow in more than a year of playing CS:GO I haven't encountered many scammers, while my friend encountered 4 in last 2 days (unfortunately I don't have evidence for other 3). Seems they are targeting new users.
