What happened? Description:

The scammer added me through a casual cs:go match, I accepted his friend invite and I talked to him first. He poked my interest because of his "Feel free to +rep for free skins" profile description. He was offering to trade my knife for another knife of his, but after I checked his private inventory and inventory link in his description was leading to someone else's profile, I knew what I was dealing with and decided to waste a little time of mine, playing along with the talk and eventually exposed his scam attempt.​

Suspect added me and being the nice guy as I am, I initiated the conversation first, approaching him with a silly-dumb-meme-kid talk.

Then I asked him if the free skin offer in his profile description was real and he told me only people who trade with him would get it. We then discussed what knife he will give for mine.

Eventually after we've made the decision, he told me to use OPSkins to list my knife in there, and sent me a trade offer with his fake OPSkins bot, tricking me to think the trade offer he sent was from the real OPSkins website. Funny I didn't even click the confirmation button on OPSkins website to deposit my knife.

Then I told him the actual truth, that I knew he was trying to scam me, and eventually he unfriended me having satisfied that I left a "+rep" comment on his profile, as if it really help him gain trust from people, and that I'll delete the comment eventually haha, what a good guy I am
