What happened? Description:

I met him in a wingman game and saw he had a knife and I asked if he would trade. He agreed to my invitation and he said $700. I started out by giving him about $70 of skins, and then he asked for a $100 amazon gift card so he could get a new keyboard. I said yes and got him it. I also got him a $30 blizzard gift card. Eventually, we talked the trade down to $400 and at this point I had given him $200. I got the other $200 and gave him the numbers of the gift card. He never did anything with it, and never sent me a trade for the knife. I eventually gave up and used the gift card on myself as i was tired of waiting. I let him know that I used it and said that i didnt want to do the trade anymore and I asked for my $200 back. He never did that and still wanted to proceed with the trade. About 2 weeks after I gave him the second $200, I was still waiting for something to change. Eventually, he bumped up the price to $350, even though I asked to back out of the trade. I told him many times before that I was done investing my time into this trade and wanted to move on. He refused to accept what i said and continued to bicker me about the trade. Eventually, I talked the trade back down to $400 (so another $200). I sent him the money on PayPal, and he blocked me. I sent him an email and let him know that I traced his phone number with intentions of filing a police report. He then replied saying that he had a vpn and did not live where his phone number traced. He has still not sent me the knife, and he has the $400 of funds we agreed on.

I do not have history of our steam chat as he has blocked me.​
