What happened? Description:

A few days ago I was on steam discussions page looking to trade my flip knife crimson web field tested.
I found a discussion where someone wanted to trade their Stattrak Ursus Knife Blue Steel Battle scarred. I added the user known as Non-Diet Cum (Steam64:76561198123426404).
I offered to trade my knife for his and he accepted my offer however his knife wasn't tradable until 2019-01-16. So then we decided to wait for his knife to be tradable.
On 2019-01-12 I asked him if he still wanted to trade for my knife and said he got a better offer of a Huntsman knife fade Factory New.

I was surprised why someone would overpay 30$ so I decided to look into it.

I asked him if he would show me who offered him the knife and a link to his steam profile. (The scammer changed his steam name and picture at the point of time i'm sending this report.)

He sent me a link to this profile https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198269501454/

I decided to check his inventory to see if it was public (It was private).

I also searched the same name on steam community home to see if there was anyone else with the same steam name which i found he was impersonating. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198191966295

I sent Non-Diet Cum a link to the real profile and he thanked me and took on my offer for his knife again.

Later I added the impersonator on steam to see if i could get any answer's from him.
It took a lot of asking him not to block me and asking him why he scammed to finally get an answer.

I even told him I would give him my knife if he gave an honest answer. (I said that as bait so he would give an answer)

The impersonator eventually told me that he needed a new phone and hasn't scammed anyone but needs to because he wants to buy a new phone.

The impersonator kept asking me not to send this out to steamrep but I decided to anyway.

I told him he could scam but it does not involve me and would make me disappointed if he did.

I asked him a few question which he gave all answers to.

He changed his steam name and profile picture at the time so it doesnt seem like he is impersonating but now he changed it back to try and scam people.
