    This person is Impersonating me, a different person added me and told me about it, saying that he wants to scam his spelled tf2 items​

    Impersonation alone is not a reportable offense here - you can report them to valve instead but without clear INTENT to defraud YOU the one making the report then we do not accept/review reports for it.
