    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198273315624

    Victim profile: 76561198214413856

    What happened? Description:
    All started with a guy called , Wich he was impersonating a "steam admin" said that I got reported for duped items, he sent a gif Wich my "account status".
    The he said to "lift the report" he needed to verify my items, sending me a ridiculous trade offer, after that, he just deleted me on steam and blocked me.​

    Sorry I see no evidence against this user that you provided.
    You need to show chat with the accused.
    Now if someone else started the event that is who you should be reporting, not this user and you can just reference someone else involved in that report.

    Also I'll note that this user the accused is already community banned by Valve and therefore no longer a threat anyway.
