What happened? Description:

The main person messaged me on Discord and he found me from a Discord Trading CS:GO Server. He said that he wanted to trade for my Flip Knife | Marble Fade FN with his Huntsman Knife | Doppler. He then messaged me on steam and said that he will not do the trade without a middleman. That's when I started to suspect that it was a scam because with the new 7 day trade ban it is almost impossible to do a middleman trade and also we didn't need a middleman at all since it was a trade on steam so there was no need for a middleman. Then he linked me to a "middleman" who was basically his friend and that's when I knew that this was a scam (I was 90% sure). Then we talked and they basically tried to get me to send my knife first to the middleman and after that it was obvious that it was a scam. But just for confirmation, i told them that I knew it was a scam and got them to apologise and admit to attempted trade scam and they did. I believe this is enough proof of attempted scam as they have admitted to it.​
