    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561198273714433

    Victim profile: 76561198200313095

    What happened? Description:
    He tried to scam my friend ne0s. I'm helping him to submit a report.
    He wanted to say that Steam has a new feature "SteamPay". He wrote in the steam trade descripton "Steam has deliverd 7.00$ to "ne0s". While ne0s tried to offer him 2 keys for the wanted item, with no luck.
    How do we know him/her:
    We met him/her at a game a long time ago (both of us dont remmbmer it). I'm sure we met him in a game because we play toghther CS:GO.​
