    What happened? Description:
    This accused player aka scaR is promoting ddosing and internet stressing tools. He is selling them and has ddosed me 1-3 times.

    In the United States and Australia, the people that take part in DDoS attacks run the risk of being charged with legal offenses at the federal level, both criminally and civilly. The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) is the applicable law (18 U.S.C. §1030)​

    I called you out for scamming, You get mad and start a steam rep report? I haven't DDoSed you once, I haven't even been on my computer since you added me back today, Yes I advertised me selling my Webstresser account, I don't see why you need to start a steamrep report about that

    You can report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
