    What happened? Description:
    So this dude previously scammed my friend LuckyFinger (this previous post got him banned: https://forums.steamrep.com/threads...counter-strike-global-offensive-items.175522/). But now he's claiming that in the chat, he said to LuckyFinger that the only time he will get his items (that is ALREADY upgraded) is when someone refers him / says he was brought to him by the referrer and then the person has to PAY IN SKINS something worth $20 to get his upgraded items back.​
