    Offers a skin and provides a fake trade link on his profile(a similar profile) to a skin of a lower condition.​

    I'm afraid without the chat agreement/discussion or something of a broken agreement we can't continue with this report.
    We have no way to verify if something was changed, discussed at another time or another deal struck that would differ from what was posted.
    At the end of the day the items may be switched around from one account to another - nothing wrong with that and you should always verify what you are adding to a trade offer.
