What happened? Description:

Scammed by bank transaction. Pictures are in Estonian but should be understandable what happened there.​

Yesterday, 11.05.18 I posted on facebook that I'm selling my knife-Huntsman Knife Boreal Forest Minimal Wear. One guy started chatting with me and told me that he'll buy it and will give money first. He even sent me a screenshot of transaction and when I firstly looked it then everything looked correct. We both live in Estonia but have different banks. It was late night and transaction would've been completed by monday morning. Both of us didn't want to wait until transaction is fully complete so I gave him the knife. Next morning I took another look at this picture he sent me of this transaction and I found that his personal identification code was totally fake. Main reason why I didn't look closely this transaction is because he sent it from phone and I had no idea that it's possible to fake transactions while you are on phone. Then I googled his name and didn't find anyone with that name living in Estonia. He blocked me from everywhere he could. Is there any way that Steam could pull my knife back?
