What happened? Description:

We agreed upon a deal for the accused to buy a knife and AK skin from the victim for $140 Paypal, but after the victim made the Steam trade, the accused blocked communication, changed their profile name, and never made Paypal payment. The accused added the victim after victim posted in Steam group https://steamcommunity.com/groups/CSGOTrader that he was looking to trade or sell his knife and AK skin. Victim checked SteamRep and the accused had no bans, so he decided to proceed.​
