    What happened? Description:
    He impersonate me and copy my artworks/screenshots which i made by myself + he copy a bit of my custom info box​

    I see no impersonation with the intent to scam - we need the intent - even with the copied information which isn't 100% copied - they changed it to reflect their level and such there is no intent here.
    Marking invalid.
    You can report the user to valve.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
