    Victim profile: 76561198025682451

    What happened? Description:
    The user bought a Steam game (Resident Evil) from me via PayPal. After I received payment the game was sent to the user's Steam account.

    However, payment was later revoked due to the user's use of a hijacked PayPal account and the purchase being deemed fraudulent.

    Upon confronting the Steam user about this I was ignored and removed.​

    A brief description is provided above. More details and proof provided in the 'Overall Breakdown Of Scam' image, and further evidence is provided in the other screenshots attached.

    Note: I removed the original personal details as this Steam user has engaged in identity theft and credit card fraud.​
