Need More Info Report: 76561198288485246 - ([TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items)

    What happened? Description:
    I went first and gave this guy a copy of gmod for 1 key 16 ref.
    Since the gmod is purchaused from kinguin it's untradeable for some reason.( i now figured it out its because it's not 30 days yet)...
    After I gave it to him and he redeemed it he said that he was lagging...
    and then he blocked me...​

    Provide Evidence:
    2 images, one the initial trade
    the other proof he received the game and blocked me...

    Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History for last few days to present- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload.
    Also need to see where you sent this user the game full screen as well.

    Guy traded me after I threatened him with this report.
    I also asked for an extra key in which he refused to give.
    He also does not admit scamming me and said that his computer was lagging
    I told him that I would wipe the report.
    But he reported me on steam...For some odd reason?(revenge?, idk)
    Now when I trade someone they get this message that I've been conducting trade scams...(don't really have any concrete proof that HE reported me, but I don't really care as he scammed me anyways and denied it)
    Just started happening and my friend confirmed this.
    So I'm just gonna submit this anyways.
    Notice my time is Taipei(UTC+08:00)

    You are going to have to explain what is happening a little more... You are showing two legit trades here for items and giving a game.
    either I don't understand cause I'm missing something or you are missing something.

    Yes, At first a was trading this person before going to bed. I went first and gave him the copy of Gmod while the initial trade window was open
    He said that his Steam was lagging and stuff so I'd have to hold on
    And he scammed me and blocked me.
    Then, I added one of his friends and told him to paste the link of this report to him.
    I went to bed and woke up a few hours ago and he added me and commented on my profile.
    The scammer got frustrated because I reported him.
    I offered him 2 trade offers: one for the original items promised. one for an extra key as penalty for scamming.
    He then declined both and traded me.
    He offered only the original items while I asked for the additional key.
    So THEN I told him to give me the original key.
    He said that it was his computer lagging yesterday.
    I knew that was a lie because he blocked me
    He then said that I'd get nothing.
    So I told him that I'll accept the items and I would discontinue this report by not submitting the information
    The items got through
    And I still want to report him for lying and reporting me on steam(now whoever trades me gets a message that I've been conducting trade scams...)
    So yeah thats about it.

    #1 you can't terminate the report
    #2 SR will NOT back anyone trying to extort items as in "penalty key" from anyone.

    Lastly.. #3 - you are showing me YOU getting items on the same date as you giving HIM a game and nothing else. Did you screen shot this last little bit of conversation?

    He didn't really say anything except not admitting the scam.
    I couldn't get the last bit of chat because he's not in my friend list anymore...
    If you look at the time I've posted this report(today 1:27 AM) and the time of my trade(10:33am)
    There is over 9 hours apart between the time he traded me and the time I've submitted the report!
    Also, notice he declined the first trade offer that I sent him after he said he was lagging...
    I do have a piece of evidence of my conversation with his friend...
    I also did not receive any trade offers from him until 10:33am(if that's an evidence)
