What happened? Description:

He asked me for one of my items to trade and wanted to try it to which i refused then he said he knew some server admins on TF2SWAP

and the admin above witnessed everything and know about the whole trade so we called an admin to monitor everything , he got my item then went away then came back and said he will buy it then removed and blocked me and refused to give the item back. I have all the proof in chat of what he said and the trade history too. Adding all screenshots below !!

The scammer was on a server , he said he knew the admin if it reassures me . So he was on the server and he knew about the trade and that he was borrowing it , he then scammed me and removed and blocked both the admin and me. Admin has banned him on TF2Swap servers and i'll ask him to post here and let you know

he wanted to try it with his loadout in game and he was to decide if he is going to buy the item or not and if he liked he was to sell his item and offer me the amount which he currently did not have and as an admin was present on server i thought that guy could be trusted but he just removed both of us and blocked

Yes the admin provided it to me , the scammer first removed me and when i asked the admin he said that he appeared offline to him as well then he found out that he removed and blocked him as well

Sorry i know that but knowing what he did is probably trying to sell the items fast to the bots or the people and get money from them before he gets banned since if one gets steamrep ban most sites dont trade with them and traders refuse it as well, i know it was careless mistake from my side as well trusting someone just because he knew an admin but he just borrowed the item and scammers use some method or the other to scam people , i almost know every method cause scammers keep adding me everyday but i acted really carelessly this time it seems D':
