What happened? Description:

Hi

He added me and wanted to exchange my cs:go items for cs:go game . He wanted go 1st and wanted send me games via email. In that moment i shoudl know that is smth wrong, well i don;t know that scam method.

he send me game on email, and i take that game without problems, and i have cs:go in my library that game was added to my inventory. I sended to him my cs:go items. Next day i checked and saw that i don;t have that game in my inventory. I sended report to steam, and get answer that game was in somone else in possesion. It was like he sended someone on steam and me to email, and steam>email and my game vanished. Steam answered to ask him about it. When i make like steam suggested i get blocked by that person. Well steam answered that they can;t do anything.


btw. steam answer is in polish. If you wants english i can make another request to steam but i think answer will be like that

On valve support screenshoot i marked about they telling me that game who i recived already was in possesion someone else.
well i asked later how the fck is possible to send to someone game who have already in possesion.
yes i know it is in polish.. i will open that report on steam support and ask them to answer in english.

and if i get answer in english i post here also



the funniest thing is that they wanted to me go on his profile and report him in profile that he scammed me ;p

i make another case in purpose asking steam support for answer why my game was vanished . btw. I deleted id case.
