    Report Type: [Gambling] Fake gambling website
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Victim profile: 76561198111641046

    What happened? Description:
    Tried to get me to go to a fake gambling website so he can steal my skins and when i caught him out he unfriended me and blocked me :D​

    Yep user is already banned/tagged for this - make sure you check out users prior to dealing with them to avoid this.
    When you come across users like this its best to report them to Valve, delete and move on as the user has no intentions on stopping any time soon and nothing more we can do here.
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
