    Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
    Virtual item type involved: [Steam] Steam Games

    Accused profile: 76561198293646176

    Victim profile: 76561197992658217

    What happened? Description:
    Agreed a trade with the user. Payment was to be recieved in full after 50% of games were provided. At that point the user claimed that Paypal was returning an error and subsequently stopped responding to messages.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Screenshots attached - there was a bit back and forth on amending the deal but they should show final position and all required items. I also havefurther screenshots i can provide​

    You do realize this user was tagged/banned here nearly two weeks ago right? Did you ignore that or did you just not check for it?

    Thanks for getting back to me. I did check and confront him about this. He had quite a convincing explanation and it's my fault for falling for it.

    If you are going to ignore our warnings what makes you think reporting them again and adding another note will help solve anything?
    It isn't so much you falling for it but we really can't do anything more to this user and if you ignore it then so will others.

    Either way to review this more I need a better detailed description of what was going on....how much you were paid exactly (full screenshot of this transaction AND one of your paypal activity for the last several days till now). Then how much you were left to be paid...proof you purchased/owned every game you sent the user (EVERY SINGLE ONE Also in full screenshots)...and what if any other payment methods you were told you would receive and proof you didn't get it.
