    What happened? Description:
    Attempted Trade Scam With Fake OPSkins Deposit Bot.

    A steam user I had been friends with for over a year talked to me again, wondering if my items for trade/sale. I said yeah if they have the right item/price I'd be willing to consider the trade.

    They brought up if I've sold items on Opskins and then got me to list my skins. I listed them both then he had an excuse that he couldn't pay that much due to tax so I went to re-list them both individually. I got 'confused' and asked him to step me through it step by step in which I listed both items at once, he told me to accept on my phone and he can buy them. I went to steam and then noticed I had 3 trade offers, which 2 were from fake OPskins trade bot and only one was real which I knew because Opskins has the security code and bot name with 4 digits.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I have added screenshots of the entire chat log, as well as when I was with OPskins on their site and trade offer and trade history of where I listed my item then removed it (I sent to opskins but got back) I hope he can get banned for trying to scam me.​

    @NotMikeEditz What bot? You didn't give any info on that account?
    SR profile block to that account as its clearly involved.
    Also confirm it - open up that trade offer again but in a web browser, hover your mouse pointer over users name so it shows up the steam URL at the bottom.
    Also in the future screenshot the users profile WHILE your friends not after...helps verify identity.
