What happened? Description:

this guy adds me on steam telling me he'll give me a knife and skins for 5 of my items.. he said he'll send them but i need to send my items first.. and as you can see in the pictures he sent me an empty offer and giving a fake promise of giving much more valuable items back at a later date oh and he said he has 721$ in steam wallet money and sent me a fabricated screenshot and at the end i just wanted him to just confirm that he wants me to go first but he never said it.. he just started the game and kept ignoring me.. he wasn't even playing on any servers..

ps: cuz i use win xp his name looked like squares instead of displaying the actual name(or maybe cuz i don't have the japanese language installed idk)​
