    What happened? Description:
    Had this guy in my friend's list for a while. He got scammed twice before this happened. Today, he just sent me this saying he saw me marked as a scammer in some sort of program. Also wants me to add a "Valve admin". Will provide chat history with such after submitting this.​

    Would you say that since you know this user for a while now its kinda odd they would do this? Would you think they were likely hijacked?
    Do you have other ways to contact them? Perhaps discord or something to confirm this.. would hate to tag an innocent user that had no control over their account.

    They were not hijacked, since I can send him a trade offer and he does not have steam guard off

    Don't assume because here lately users have been tricked to disable everything they have security wise and are in fact getting hijacked left and right.. don't believe me that is fine but it isn't as if I don't handle several of these types of reports a day.
    It would be best if you could take a moment and check if you have any other ways to contact the user to see if that is or isn't the case.
    Either way I'm leaving the report up a few days to see if the user recovers it and maybe makes contact here.
    The other account has been handled.

    You may want to make contact back with them now.... according to comments on their profile and name change they may have recovered it so you could maybe help them out if that is the case.. direct them here to post in this thread so I can investigate.
