    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561198302378474

    Victim profile: 76561198063916225

    What happened? Description:
I offered on his trade http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28171111 , in which he was buying backpack and tf2 items with Paypal.

I added him to sell him 4 Earbuds. He said he would buy them at $6.70 each.

I asked if we could do one bud at a time, he said sure. So I sent him one earbud, and he accepted the trade offer. Then he said he was having issues with Paypal and he would need to call them up to sort out his card. In the meantime, he returned the one bud I had sent him. I had to take a test after this, so we waited ~ 1 hour after this before resuming. By then he had fixed his Paypal problem.

After I had finished my test, I asked if he was ready. He had already sent a trade offer for my four buds, and since I was on mobile, I decided to just trade all 4 at the same time, since it's a hassle to do 1 at a time.
I confirmed the trade and sent the user 4 earbuds, and once he got them, he removed me and blocked me., without paying me money on Paypal.

This all occurred on the steam mobile app for me.

    Provide Evidence:
In addition to all other screen shots my paypal transaction history shows that I did not receive any payment from them.

@~Grubchubgrub~ We certainly prefer full PC screenshots of chat vs mobile its very hard to accept just FYI.
Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History for last few days to present (NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload. Also need a screen shot of your Paypal activity for let’s say the last several days full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway. Upload here.
