What happened? Description:

Me and the accused both live in the same country (Israel) , we compete on our popularity level on steam.
by our +reps and steam level, but recently the accused started rep farming on rep farming groups which really boosted his +rep level in a significant way, those fake reps can also be used to gain trust from other traders by showing of fake +reps that he got in a fraudulent way.
unfortunately the accused doesn't accept my friend request and does not respond to me in any way.
